Anna Scintu started dancing at age 4 in her hometown of Cagliari, Sardinia. She was inspired to dance by her uncles. Since she was a child, she knew that dance had to be part of her life — it was her true passion.

Her determination and perseverance led her to achieve great results in the competitive world of Latin American dancing. In 2016, she won the Italian Championships and knew that by pushing herself further she could gain international success. She then went on to become a finalist at the European Championships in Ukraine and was selected as the Italian representative at the World Latin Championships in China.

In 2021, she was a finalist at the WDO Amateur World Championships. She then won the Professional Rising Star Latin Championship in 2022 at one of the most prestigious competitions in the world, the International Championships — a highlight of her competitive career.

Anna first joined Burn The Floor in 2016 and was selected as a touring cast member in 2018, performing across Japan & Australia. Anna is thrilled to be back in 2024 to entertain global audiences once again. her competitive career.
