Anja started dancing at age 9 in her home country of Slovenia. She studied in both Latin & Ballroom styles. As Anja progressed with her dancing, she went on to be incredibly successful in the competitive dance circuit.

Anja achieved many great results, with her biggest accolades being a 15-time Slovenian Ballroom & Latin Champion and an Under 21 World Champion. Once achieving all she could competitively, Anja turned her attention to dance in theatre.

She is thrilled to be joining Burn The Floor in 2024 and looks forward to a future bringing ballroom dancing to theatre audiences around the world. Anja thanks all those who continue to support her in her dancing journey, in particular her family.
