How do I do an online class?


All classes are run via Online Meeting app Zoom. Upon payment you will recieve an email with your booking confirmation & Zoom link. At the time of your class click this link and it will take you directly to the class.




What sort of space do I need to take an online class?


You can be absolutely anywhere that allows you 2m x 2m of moving space. Please also ensure you have a stable internet connection for the class to stream seamlessly.




Can I have my camera off during my online class?


Yes absolutely! Anything that makes you feel confident & comfortable.




Can I ask my instructors questions throughout my class?


Yes - each class allows time for participants to ask instructors questions. You can write these in the chat feature on Zoom and our instructors will try their best to answer them depending on time constraints.




How do I know the time on the Website is the correct time for me & my location?


Our website will automatically convert the timetable to your local timezone so long as you have your location settings correct on your device these will adapt.




I love RHYTHM - how can I learn the choreography better?


All classes on a weekly basis run the same routines - so if you want to learn the choreography better re-book with another instructor & repetition is the key! You will be a pro in no time!




I have never used Zoom before what do I do?


All you have to do is click on the link that is generated on your confirmation email - follow the prompts which will either lead you to download the zoom app or take you directly to the class.




AUD is not my local currency, can I still purchase a class?


Yes! All International currencies are accepted. The class cost will transfer to your local currency on your Bank statement. Please note individual card & international fees may apply




How do I cancel or modify my booking?


You must provide at least 12 hours notice to modify or cancel any booking in order to receive a full refund. Anything within the 12 hour period cannot be changed. Please email info@burn-nation.com to modify or cancel a booking,




What if I can't make the live class - can I watch a replay or a pre-recorded class?


Not yet - But watch this space, we have something in the works!




How long before a class can I book?


You can book a class right up until its scheduled start time on all group classes. 1 on 1 requests require 24 hours notice - anything within this time frame will not be accepted.
